No. Sorry, we require a major credit card to guarantee your room reservation. Please review the terms and cancellation policy before making your reservation.
As soon as you have completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear in your browser session. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number and your PIN code, so you can access your confirmation online. We will also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information.
During the booking process you can enter any special requests into the "Special Requests" box on the "Your Details" page. Once you have received your booking confirmation, you can follow up with the hotel directly to confirm that your request can be met. You can find the hotel’s contact details on the Contact Us page of our website.
Simply follow the instructions to modify or cancel your reservation found in your Reservation Confirmation Email. Alternately, you can find the link to Cancel or Modify Your Reservation in the footer of the hotel’s website. Please note, your reservation is not canceled until and unless you receive an email confirmation for the cancellation.
Yes, when you book your stay via the INNsight.com booking engine, we ensure to take every safeguard possible in transmitting and storing any personal data including SSL Encryption and other PCI compliant standards.
You can find our hotel policies on our Overview page where you will find our amenities details, check-in and check-out time, pets and extra person policies, and our hotel’s cancellation policy.
Yes. However, our hotel will only recognize a credit card on which the authorized payee’s name is clearly present and visible, copy of the payee’s identification and a credit card authorization form is completed and faxed back to our property. You can contact us for the Credit Card Authorization Form and for further instructions if your reservation will have a third party payee.
We consider a group to be a reservation of 6 rooms or more. For any group reservations, we request that you contact us directly or use the form that is spawned when you select 6+ rooms in the Check Availability function above.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be granted based on availability. Please reach out to the front desk within 24 hours of arrival and before 10am on day of check-out to confirm availability. A fee may apply for such requests.

Yes, we’d be more than happy to store your luggage before check-in or after your stay as you explore the city. We may be able to accommodate some shipments of packages before or after your stay depending on the size and time of storage, please contact info@innat50.com with details.

Our amenities are open and available to all registered hotel guests at no additional charge.

Housekeeping service is available daily at no charge. If you do not want full housekeeping service, please contact the front desk, dial “0” on your in-room phone. We can offer fresh towels and linens daily.

Every room is equipped with a brand new 55″ TV. We offer premium cable channels through Dish Networ. We also have easy streaming capabilities to safely and securely login to your streaming accounts while traveling.

No, we are a limited service boutique Inn and do not offer breakfast or have restaurant options on site. We do have a drinks vending machines on-site. If in-room dining is desired, we recommend using the UberEats or Doordash apps to order some local favorites delivered directly to your room. We are located right next door to the highly regarded Breakfast Bar.

Based on availability we may be able to offer to park your car with us if you’ll be staying with us before or after your cruise for a few days. Please e-mail info@hotelmai.com to confirm availability for your dates, however, the cost is $25 per night.

Yes, we have limited parking on our lot, which is first come first, and cannot be reserved. We have access to a local parking garage can accommodate vehicles with a maximum 6’8″ height clearance, however, there is an additional cost of $25.

Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed wi-fi in all our guest rooms and common areas.

If you need a receipt or final folio from your stay and you booked directly with us, please e-mail us at info@innat50.com with your reservation information and we can assist you with that information starting the day after check-out. For reservations where payment was made to a third party such as Expedia, Hotels.com or Booking.com — please refer to your confirmation and contact them for a receipt. Please e-mail us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please contact us right away should your check-in plans change. Our system automatically cancels no-shows (reservations not checked-in by 2AM). If you need to change your check-in date or arrive late let us know so we can make sure we update your reservation accordingly.

For standard rate reservations made directly with Hotel Mai or via HotelMai.com — We are happy to help you make changes to the reservation, however any changes will be subject to the current prevailing rates at the time of making the change. Shortening a stay will not guarantee the original rate booked. To avoid any cancellation fees, a reservation should be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Please email info@innat50.com, or call us 562-435-8369 for any change requests.

For reservations made via third-party booking services such as Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, etc — please check your reservation confirmation for the policy associated with your reservation, you must contact where you made your reservation and make any changes through their service.

1. For standard-rate reservations made directly with Inn at 50 or via innat50.com — To avoid any fees, a reservation should be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. After that time, we won’t be able to cancel it. Please e-mail info@innat50.com if you booked directly with us in order to cancel. We are only able to process cancellations via e-mail.

2. For Advance Rate or Non-Refundable rate reservations the reservations will not be able to be refunded or credited for future use. Please check the policy and booking terms on your reservation confirmation.

3. For bookings made via third-party booking services such as Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, etc — please check your reservation confirmation for the cancellation policy associated with your reservation, you must contact where you made your reservation and cancel through their service.

To secure a reservation, Hotel Mai will charge the credit card on file for the entire cost of the reservation at the time of booking. An additional $200 hold will be placed on your payment method during your stay. Cash/Pre-Paid Debit Cards will not be accepted for the $200 incidental hold. This hold will be released after check out as long as no damage to the room occurs.
